Cooking with Mangoes fresh from our own fields

Experience mango as a story of migration in this intimate farm-to-table class on Maui. We’ll prepare three vegetarian dishes — Polynesian-inspired ceviche, English chutney, and Punjabi pickle — honoring the immigrant influences that shaped Hawaiʻi’s food culture. After cooking, we gather for a shared lunch rooted in abundance and community.
